In 2001, years before Salesforce entered the mainstream, he co-architected the toWind / TELCEL-BellSouth joint venture with Oswaldo Cisneros. This strategic alliance offered a bundled SaaS model for SMBs, managing telecommunications and administrative software through a monthly subscription — a decade before Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace became global standards.

Today, the ecosystem he built spans 16 countries, powered by a massive network of integration partners and fueled by the global Venezuelan diaspora.
